This Agreement has been signed between the parties mentioned below within the framework of the terms and conditions specified below.

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges that, upon confirming the order, they will be obliged to pay the order price, as well as any additional fees such as shipping costs and taxes, and that they have been informed of this in advance.
DEFINITIONS
In the implementation and interpretation of this Agreement, the terms below shall have the following meanings as described opposite them:

SELLER: The company that offers goods to the consumer within the scope of its commercial or professional activities or acts on behalf of or for the account of the person offering the goods,
BUYER: The natural or legal person who purchases a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
WEBSITE: The website owned by the SELLER,
ORDERER: The natural or legal person who requests a product or service through the SELLER's website,
PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,
AGREEMENT: This agreement entered into between the SELLER and the BUYER,
GOOD: The tangible movable property subject to shopping and software, sound, image, and similar non-material goods prepared for use in electronic media,
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the qualifications and sales price of which are stated below, and which the BUYER has ordered electronically through the SELLER's website, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed. Prices announced for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.

7.4. The shipping cost, which is the shipment expense of the product, will be paid by the BUYER.

RETURN PROCEDURES
15.1. The BUYER may return the product or service purchased, without stating any reason and without assuming any legal or penal liability, within 14 (fourteen) days, provided that the product is not opened, used, undamaged, and intact after receiving it.
15.2. For return transactions, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing by registered mail, fax, or e-mail. The return request must explain the reason for the return of the product and must be sent together with the order number.
15.3. The products to be returned must be delivered to the SELLER intact and complete with their original packaging. A return form must also be filled out and sent with the product.
15.4. If there is any decrease in the value of the returned products, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the damages of the SELLER to the extent of the defect.
15.5. Return transactions must be completed by the SELLER within a maximum of 10 (ten) business days from the date the SELLER receives the product. The price of the returned product will be refunded to the BUYER in cash or by the payment method of their choice.
15.6. The products that cannot be returned are as follows:
16.1. The SELLER is obliged to keep the BUYER's personal data confidential, strictly protect it, and not disclose it to third parties. However, information requests made by official authorities or disclosures made pursuant to current legislation are reserved.
16.2. The BUYER acknowledges and declares that the personal data shared when becoming a member of the SELLER's website are accurate and up-to-date. The SELLER uses this personal data only for the purpose of performing the order, delivering it, and for communication.
16.3. The SELLER takes the necessary security measures to protect the personal data of the BUYER. However, it does not provide any guarantee regarding data transmissions made over the Internet or the security of the website.

19.1. In case of disputes arising from this contract, Turkish Courts and Execution Offices are authorized.
20.1. Changes and supplements not made in writing between the parties are not valid.
20.2. This Agreement will remain in force unless it is terminated by the mutual consent of the parties.
20.3. The provisions of this Agreement are binding for both parties and their legal successors.
20.4. The parties cannot assign any obligation arising from this Agreement to another party.
20.5. Written communications and notifications between the parties will be made to the addresses specified in this Agreement by post, fax, or e-mail.
20.6. In case it is determined that any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, other provisions will not be affected by this determination.
20.7. The parties undertake to resolve any disputes that may arise in the implementation of this Agreement through negotiations in the first place.
This contract is a written document of the agreement made between the parties. The parties have read, understood, and accepted all the provisions of this Agreement.
